These oysters are very sweet naturally and the amount of smoke is just right. They are nice and firm and even a little chewy. I've had smoked oysters in the past that just melted in your mouth, not necessarily a good thing. The can was easy to open and I only spilled the usual amount of olive oil or whatever it is there packaged with

Less quantity than I thought but solid smoked oysters. Good flavor, nice oil quality. Wish tins like this came with bags to put the tin in after. Gotta take the trash out immediately.
