**Q: Why on earth does first part of the vid. show her looping only once, then later double-looping thru grommets? Which is it.**
A: Follow the lacing pattern on your chair. A few are doubled, most are single. The doubles are at stress points. If your chair doesn't have any doubles, the chords may be too long, and you should add a double so the chords don't sag. Not all chair manufacturers use the same pattern, as I have discovered. But the chords will repair any chair.

**Q: recent order did not include instructions how to re-string chair. How do I do it? Your web site said I would receive instructions with order.  It did not.**
A: Here is a link  to the SGT page that provides instructions on re-lacing your chairs.  http://sgtknots.com/zero_gravity_replacement_kit.aspxIt only took me about 30 minutes to re-lace 2 full-length lounge chairs. Just follow the steps and you will be finished before you know it.

**Q: How many milimeters wide is the cord?**
A: Cord is approximately 10 mm wide. It was easy to thread through the grommets on the chair.

**Q: In search of replacement fabric for the chair, does anyone know where I may find it?**
A: I think the SGT Knots web site can answer that for you.  I am not sure if they carry fabric also, but the product I purchased was the cord and it was fine quality.

This worked just fine on a "Sonoma" brand anti-gravity chair I bought on special some years ago at Kohl's. I needed to double-lace most of the bottom and part of the top, just like the original, otherwise the laces were too long. I have two hints:1) When putting the toggle end through a grommet the second time, note that the toggle has a round side and a flat side. Turn the round side to the grommet, the flat side to the cord already in the hole.2) If you end up with extra lace at the end on the first side you lace, go back and loosen it along its length. Extra on the first side means you have laced it too close to the frame, and on the second side the lace won't be long enough.If you have a number of such chairs to repair, buying the cord in bulk would be more economical; for one to three, this is economical and convenient. Having the laces cut to length simplifies getting the tension about right.Be prepared to take more time than you anticipate--like any other job, you will have figured out how to do it by the time you have finished, too late to do you much good unless you have more than one to do.

Quick & efficient ! Outside pool chairs take sun all day & it is hard on the elastic cording! This product is replacement cording elastic & is simple to use! I’ve used it on 2 chairs & certainly gotten more use from a Chair -that would have been “Tossed Out” I will buy again when needed!

Purchased this item twice but this time it seemed the cord wasn't as long as my last purchase. I used it to wrap the same size chair and it didn't give me enough to wrap areas twice for better reinforcement. It did cover my entire chair so I can't complain about that. I would purchase again and feel it was worth the price. Strong rubber cord !
