Can this unit stay plugged into a power supply indefinitely, so the battery never dies?

Hello, we don’t recommend that you keep charging all the time. Because our products can be fully charged in 1-2 hours, and used for up to 180 days. Charging port is designed on the fingerprint panel , which means that you can charge at any time to avoid the dilemma of being unable to unlock due to the low battery. In addition, our lock will indicate when the power is too low.

Does this work with alexa? If not do you have one that does?

I do not think this would work with Alexa I don’t believe it is set up to WiFi. It’s very specific to fingerprints but you can set up more than one person’s fingerprint.

When you close the door, does it relook automatically?

Yes. The fingerprint lock will automatically lock.

I purchased 4 of these locks in Dec 2022 and the 1 that was used the most got stuck and won't unlock anymore. How do I return or replace it?

Silly question: Did you charge it?(it comes with a cord to charge the battery and it lasts about 6 months for me on one charge) It happened to me and after changing it , it’s working again :) also sometimes I have to wiggle the draw and it opens :)
