Assembly was very easy, nicely made and it is beautiful when lit. However, while lit forbthe first time, within the first hour the fire just went out. I called the company the next day and after trouble shooting they determined the pilot was defective and since they didn't have any in stock they would send me another unit out immediately and I didn't have to return the defective unit. I was so relieved because returning something so heavy and large would have been a huge task and very inconvenient. I was very impressed with the company and their customer service. If the same thing happens with the new unit I will come back and update you.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to it together! Puts of good heat! Love the modern design and the cover is a bonus!

It's Jan 2023, we've been using this fire table occasionally since Nov 2018. Still live it, still works perfectly and looks new. It's always been under a covered porch and we never used the cover. But, we moved and I've drug this thing from one location to another, and for a few months it wasn't covered. It is still sturdy (even after me dragging it around because I didn't have someone to help me move it). Would buy again for sure!

Product was easy to assembly and looks great. Quality construction. The strap for the propane tank is worthless in my opinion but I guess if someone were to be moving this table around a bit, they could jar the tank. I also purchased additional glass beads (bought 1/2" Amber smooth glass beads). Wound up mixing and had left over beads from the clear supplied and the ones purchased. Flame is ample in height - probably about 7". With respect to heat, after running for about 15 mins, we could feel the heat in the open deck area as far back as 10 feet. I suspect it took a bit for the metal table to warm up some instead of acting as a heat sink and pulling part of the heat. Overall pleased with the product.Cons - the supplied cover is junk. I get a fair amount of leaves falling and if it rains while the leaves are falling, the leaves stain the cover and the cover does not appear to really be waterproof.I wish they would come up with a Natural Gas conversion for this.

Fire table was fairly easy to put together, would’ve been hard to do but not impossible to assemble alone. I like the feature on the door making it hard to open (for kids) but easily accessible for adults to access the propane tank. When turned on high it was louder than I anticipated, but doesn’t bother us one bit. Puts off a good amount of heat for those chilly nights! Great value considering it comes with glass pebbles and a cover as well. So far we’ve been very pleased

Review Update: Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. BCP will not stand by their products after the 60-day warranty. Only had this firepit for 1 year and it will not stay lit. It will light but immediately shuts off as soon as you let off the Heat Control Knob. It's a defective low pressure control valve. Contacted Customer Service and was told there was nothing they can do since it was past the 60-day warranty period. Told them I would pay for the part, just need to know where to get it. Told the parts for their product are not available on the open market. The firepit I purchased has been discontinued. They have no parts in stock. So beware, the BCP products being sold on Amazon are discontinued. I was able to get a part number off of the valve, but it doesn't populate when entered on the internet. Purchased a Stanbroil valve for $20 on amazon. Hope it fixes the problem. Otherwise, I have a $600non-working firepit.So far, we are happy with the firepit. It arrived in couple of days after ordering it. Inner packaging was solid. Had supportive corner padding and plenty of Styrofoam for protection. Assembly was fairly easy. Best to have a 2nd person help holding the sides while putting in the bolts. Time consuming using a hex key to screw in the bolts, but they are solid once in place. Only negative is the control knob won't push in so it can be turned. Having to pull the knob cover off and using my fingers to push in the knob and turn it to get the gas flowing. Put the knob cover back on to adjust the temperature once the flame is going.
