Would recommend
Good book a little heavy on the reading so read in chunks not altogether but would definitely recommend another good book to go along with Mary wanless training

Great book on Fascia
The work Dr Robert Schleip and his colleagues have done to research and understand fascia is amazing. This organ is misunderstood in the medical field and only been given attention in barely the last 2 decades. If you are interested in understanding fascia, the roll in plays in your body, not just fitness and would like to know how you can boost its ability of function within your body, this book will do that.

Ottimo ed essenziale.
Molto piû sbrigativo ed essenziale di Myers in questo libro pratico e per chi vuole avere in mano già qualcosa da provare.

works in kindle and it does get to exercises eventually
60% of the book is just words. In all this I learned one thing! so that's a lot of reading for little pay back. The figures in that part were hard to see in a black and white kindle. Eventually there was exercises. They are readable in kindle. So far I have only done the "basic program" it feels great and appears to be what I was looking for.
