The media could not be loaded.  As described love the real look of the pagesonly issue is its not secure du-to the shape of the flap ( it has a bend in it ) its really easy to open with out a key my grand son worked out how to opened it in less than 30secpersonally its not suitable as a safe for valuables but still a nice novity item & can still be used as a nice hiding place

Had been looking around for something in which to store some cash safely in the house. This is perfect. Easy to set up & unnoticeable between the other dictionaries. Anyone running their fingers across the tops of the books to quickly check if any is fake would be convinced it's a real book because the page edges ripple realistically. A great buy. Recommended.

It doesn’t really look that genuine. Imagine a box covered in a cheap print rather than the look and feel of a book. Can be easily forced open if someone finds it. It’s fairly cheap and will do but don’t expect much.

Bought 2 different book safes; this one and a Peru one.Les Mis one was OK, but the graphics on front cover and spine just let it down.Other Peru one I bought looked just like a book on front cover and spine, so I sent this back. Maybe it's copyright for Les Mis that made copy odd on writing. Shame..

It's lovely and was originally a 5 star in my opinion but it fell apart withing a few uses and it's actually made from what looks like double-sided carpet tape.

I really want to like this product but it has too many issues to do so. To list them.1. The print quality on the cover is so amateurish, blurry and indistinct that it looks exactly like what it actually is - a copy of a book, not a real book. If this was lying around, or even tucked away on a book shelf it would fool no one.2. The capacity of the safe is very small. I’d say it might hold up to a thousand pounds in twenties or it might hold some rings or ear rings, maybe one or two watches, a small bunch of keys maybe.3. The safe itself is very flimsy. After you lock it, don’t worry if you can’t remember the code, just press down gently on the door, it is so weak that it will bend and the door will pop open. The latch is very short and only just engages on the lip.Overall, this is a very disappointing product. It is great as a joke or for a bit of fun, but in all critical areas it fails. If you need to rely on security, look elsewhere.
