very good flavor - large amount
I get the raw nuts so I can roast to my taste in small batches in my toaster oven. These are great - and I like they’re local (as I’m in Oregon too)

I order a 10 lb bag every couple months and every now and then I get a nut that just plain taste terrible, this bag had a bad tasting one in every hand full. don't know how you can weed them out, just by trying them and spitting the bad ones out

Oregon hazelnuts fresh and tasty
I love making hazelnut milk and using the hazelnuts in oatmeal and all baked goods.Including chocolate ice cream with hazelnuts fabulous.

Good Quality, Good Price
Good quality nuts at a good price. I've purchased Hazelnuts from another company and these come with less debris (nut shell fragments, skins off the nuts, etc). They arrived in three shipments over three days (five 10# bags ordered), even though Amazon showed they would all arrive the same time, so go figure... Bottom line? The nuts themselves seem to be good quality and the price was good, so I'll order them again. Enjoy.

Every fifth nut is rotten
I have been eating a lot of hazelnuts for 60 years. This is the first time I feel like I'm chewing a sawdust when I am eating Oregon hazelnuts. Every third nut is rotten, tastes horribly.I bought ten pounds just because I used to trust the great American state of Oregon. Not anymore.Shop elsewhere.
