I love how they made a gel ring around the knee. This is more than just a compression sleeve. I was able to wear it under my knee pads during roller Derby. The rubber on the inside keeps it in place very well.You really do need to size down though for tighter compression. I was 15 inches so right in the middle. I ended up going with the larger size and it feels okay but I think a tighter fit would have been better. I'm visiting an orthopedic group to find out exactly what's wrong with me but so far this has helped when I go running and skating. A couple of my teammates also use this item.I recommend getting the most plain design possible so it doesn't clash with your clothing if you need it outside of exercise. I do not recommend sleeping in this because it is quite tight as a compression sleeve should be.

This is the first knee sleeve I have used that works, my knees have consistently hurts for years, when I put these on , my first thought was, wow, comfortable! I soon realized my knee pain was gone as well. I decided to put them to the test and went to the skate park. I have to say after an hour and a half , I was surprised that my 43 year old abused knees are feeling not only fine but great. Unbelievable, they are pretty much magic , still a bit of pain at full bend but at least 80 percent improvement, I skate hard, I’m 210lbs and my knees have not forgiven me, but these knee sleeves are amazing. I have tried others that look like these but the don’t do anything at all except itch . Old bones knee sleeves are the real deal, I don’t know how but they absolutely work!

I wear this for work for a torn meniscus. I find it works better than most of the other sleeves. But at times it still slides and moves

These work really well to brace the knee and hold knee pads in place.

Runner with Osteoarthritis in the knees and these are the best knee sleeves I have ever tried. Great compression with no pinch or bite from the soft fabric. I hate to say that any of these things are "no slip" because let's face it they all slip. BUT these slip down so little that we might as well say it, these are NO SLIP. The gel pad on the knee is the chef's kiss and put these bad boys right over the top. Overall: superior comfort and compression in a no-slip sleeve that feels like a big warm hug for your knees. An absolute win!

Honestly only slightly bettwrthan most of the other $20ish knee sleeves with gel patella support I've tried. Doesn't work or stay on much better than those. I could see it having advantages if you wear knew pads that keep it in place but, it absolutely does not stay in place during activity much like other knew sleeves
