Overall, the case is great. It charges my phone plenty and then some. It’s strong and sturdy. It will definitely protect your phone on a fall and it just feels great in your hand. It’s not too thick though that might depend on the size of your hands. The only downside I would say is that it doesn’t charge your phone wirelessly. I had a similar case for my old iPhone X, practically the same case but my old case charged wirelessly and it let me choose whether I wanted to charge the phone or the case via charging hole in the case at the bottom of the phone. This one sometimes doesn’t charge the phone if you plug it in and it almost makes you charge the phone via the case and then you can recharge the case after. It can be a bit annoying sometimes if you want to walk out the door with both charged for a long day out or something. Otherwise great case. Great battery life. I believe I can fully charge my iPhone 12 Pro twice with a fully charged case. I would recommend it if you’re not too concerned about the way you can charge the case.

Worked for 3 days then it wouldn’t charge my phone

Let’s face it, the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 pro batteries are HORRIBLE. I have to charge my iPhone at least 3 times a day. Ordered this case for the mean time until apple releases the smart battery case for the iPhone 12. This battery case I ordered feels really nice. The cons about this battery case is that the lightning port that goes into your iPhone is very flimsy and if you don’t put it in perfectly you’ll bend the charging port on the battery case. Another thing the case gets very hot when charging the iPhone with the battery case. I don’t feel comfortable with that, so I’ll be sending the case back and wait for apple smart battery case to come out.

Extra battery nice to have. Don’t drop it or it will break. Easy.

Purchased for Iphone 12 Pro end of Nov. Now it's April 1st., When Charging from the wall outlet I would get "Device Not Supported" on my phone then it would stop charging. I would unplug it from the wall then plug it back in to make it charge. Always had to baby site it to make sure the phone and case was being charged. When charging the Phone just off the case it would charge as it should with good battery life.. After 4 months it stopped charging all together. Would not buy again..

Good quality case reasonable battery life

The grip isnt made well and the charger part that connects to the phone is too flexible and broke from the board for me i dont believe its worth the money i only had it for 1 week and theirs no safe way do disconnect the phone from the case other than pinching the top really hard and pulling it away from the case
