It gets used at least once a week for a variety of one pot recipes I've been making over the months. One of my faves is a Chicken and Coconut Rice dish. It's really light compared to similar type dishes. The lid sits nice and I also bought the accessories (hand grips and lid top) to save burning my hands. Beware, without these rubber addons, the dish will get very hot during use. It takes longer than a conventional frying pan/dish to heat up, but once it does, I find it all cooks evenly and there's little to fault with the end product. Another major selling point for me, was the price. I consider it definite value for money and it has largely replaced other pans and dishes, freeing up lots of space in an already crowded cupboard. It can definitely act as a replacement for most of your frying pans, certainly the 24, 26 and 28cm sizes. It's a bit different to the rest of the colour scheme in my kitchen, however this does not create any issues and it stands out in that aspect. You do need the pan handle sleeve set though as the handles get really hot. **Q: Will it go in the dishwasher** A: Yes.
