I have almost every sanding block that Dura-Block makes. This particular style, with the 1/3 radius works on curved surfaces. It also works well on fascia boards where it meets the rafters.I use a variety of PSA brand sandpaper and they all adhere to the block well. During useage, the papers stays firmly attached.This sanding block as well as the others have endured thousands of sanding cycles and are durable and a worthy investment.This is a five star item and is highly recommended.

Designed for a specific need. Dura-block is a quality product and this one lives up to my expectations.

Great sanding block

I am doing bodywork on a fiberglass car body and was having trouble knocking down the seams where the different sections of the mold come together. With the other sanding blocks I tried, I was taking too much material off on either side of the seam and still leaving the seam. The 1/3 radius sanding block gives me the ability to focus just on the seam without sanding away material I didn't want to. The block is also good for sanding some of the curved surfaces on the body.I won't need it when the car is finished, but I couldn't finish without it.

This sanding block is AMAZING!! It has a shape for every nook and cranny we need to hand sand on our 1968 Vette. Sanding an entire car is not a fun task, but this block makes it as easy as possible. Works great with wet sanding and is easy to hold on to.
