We ordered two travsim cards. They arrived together, earlier than promised, and we activated them 2 days apart. The first one activated worked ok once we got it set up, though that was a little difficult. The second one didn't activate on the day we requested, and though a number was eventually assigned, it never worked. We wasted a lot of time and effort instead of getting sleep or settling into our destination country after we arrived. Neither number assigned to the travsim cards was for the country we requested, and they were not for the same area code, but the sim card that did work was able to work in the destination country, so there's that. The value is ok if they work, but since you can't test it before arriving in a foreign country without any ability to communicate, this is not something you can count on.

from the start one card did not work. I advertised it several times. I didn't hear from you for several days. since I couldn't rely on you, I bought from another operator. so I'm canceling your faulty card. I really needed the cards and I bought them on your recommendation. I cannot describe the damage I had due to the faulty card. when your support doesn't work for days, why does it bother you 24/7. I experienced that I had no support

I don't like this sim card, not work even in Canada land, I want refund

SIM arrived in time, I requested activation. Once activated, The SIM did not work. The support phone number is just an answering machine, left my data, they never called back. Money wasted.Amendment.... Only because I had the idea to reply to their initial email, had an exchange of emails. They were kind, but no practical result. SIM does not work.Giving it back

Seemed like a good deal until number was scammed by someone else.
