It was working just fine until around four months after I bought it, then the handle broke where the brushes attach. So now I can't attach the three little brushes I have left over, so now they're useless.Up till it broke it was doing a good job. I thought about buying a new set, but if it breaks again at roughly the same time then I'd have SIX little brushes with nothing to attach to. :-( Instead I went to a drug store and found a package of TEN little brushes, each with their own handle (so no breaking), for HALF the price.Happy camper now. :-)

I have narrow spaces/tight contacts between my teeth. My hygienist recommended I get this. The small brushes worked great and my next check-up was much improved. However, soon after a piece of the head that holds the brush broke. I could put my finger there and still use it. Soon after the other side broke and I can't use it at all and still have 2 brush heads left. I'm considering getting another one because it worked so well before it broke.

I found these flimsy; the wire bent easily, making it hard to use them, particularly between teeth that were not in the front of my mouth. They were not better than the disposable plastic pics I've been using to get at small food particles between my teeth.
