Alexa glitch solved! I hoped they would be good. They are better than good.
The media could not be loaded. The MartinJerry 3 way smart dimmer switch exceeds my expectations. When installed correctly, it seamlessly adjusts LED lights from a very low light level to full brightness.I inadvertently installed one switch (of the seven which I purchased for a new home I have nearly completed) at the “wrong end” of the circuit, and it did not work as expected. An email to customer service was answered within 12 hours and, by moving the switch to the ‘line’ end of the circuit, as opposed to the ‘load’ end, everything performed perfectly.Unlike most smart 3 way switches, this dimmer is used with standard 3 way or even 4 way switches (perhaps 5 way, although I do not have such a configuration, so I can’t attest to this). In general daily use, I expect that we will primarily use Alexa to control our lights, but there will be times that using the physical switch is more appropriate.Setting up the Alexa voice control system is easy. In our case, The biggest challenge we are likely to have is remembering the names of the various switches, as all of the switches in the new house are MartinJerry smart switches. (About 40 in total).A much appreciated feature of the latest generation of MartinJerry switches is the ability to fine tune the lowest dimmed level. It would be handy if this could be done without removing the switch from the electrical box, but it can’t. Therefore, remember to make the adjustment prior to completing your trim out or, like me, you’ll spend a few minutes removing, adjusting and reinstalling the switch in the box.The build quality seems good. They are sturdy. The provided single gang screwless cover is somewhat oversized, which I appreciate given the inevitability of some drywall cutouts being a bit large, or, down the road, painting issues. That being said, all screwless plates can be a pain if you have imperfect walls or crooked electrical boxes.Sorry for going on so long, but two more things: there is a very brief lag between the time you actuate the switch and when the lights go on- I believe this a design feature, sort of a soft start. It is most noticeable when the previous light level was very dim; also, I have used these switches with consolidated electric adjustable color temperature LED can light ‘inserts’ as well as led light bulbs. The results are great, even when can lights and bulbs are on same switch.February 22, 2021 addendum to review:This is an update to my earlier review of Martin Jerry three-way dimmer switches. I discovered after installation of 7 of these switches (as well as 18 single pole smart dimmer switches)in a new home that there was a software glitch in the programming of the switch itself. The glitch caused Alexa to fail to recognize the current state of the switch (it did not recognize whether the switch was in an on position or off position ). Consequently the switch would simply change the current state to the alternate state. For example if the switch was already on and I would ask Alexa to turn the Group to which the switch was a part of to turn the group to the on position, it would turn the switch which was already on to off. This glitch made the utilization of groups in Alexa totally ineffective.I contacted customer support at Martin Jerry and explained the situation. They indicated that the problem was entirely the fault of a programming error by Martin Jerry and immediately agreed to ship new switches to me, as the new switches had resolve this programming glitch.I am extremely impressed with not only the functionality of the switches themselves(Except for the programming error ) but I’m even more impressed with the complete and thorough understanding and response by Martin Jerry customer service.I wish that every company that I dealt with had a customer service department which was as responsive and prompt in dealing with issues or problems. I am especially grateful grateful that Martin Jerry took complete ownership of responsibility for the problem and was so eager to bring it to a resolution to my satisfaction. This particular issue involved 25 switches which cost, in total, about $880. Thus Martin Jerry cares more about providing a quality product and good customer service than making a quick buck.It is so refreshing to deal with a company that takes its responsibility to its customers so seriously. I highly recommend these (now glitch free) switches and, in particular, wish to commend Martin Jerry for its remarkably unusual responsiveness and customer oriented approach to doing business.

Very nice looking but does not supported by Alexa voice commands
My this three way dimmer works all good but manual or via app only. Alexa cannot recognize it and say failed. I can control it’s via app only. Voice commands via Alex does not works on this three way. Not sure if this is device issue or 2 way does not support Alexa.

Good switch. Upgrade from previous style
Replaced their previous 3 way dimmer with this style. Was able to quickly add it to the app and start using it. This product does not come with the other auxiliary switches like the previous unit but based on feedback from the company, it can be used with a standard switch. Seems to be working so far. Had problems settings the low level correctly, but found a happy medium. The documentation. Can be better.

These are Brilliant
Great Product. Install was simple. Yes please follow instructions, test for line and know what a neutral is, but these are a safe stable 3way Tuya you will not be disappointed with. I have a bunch from this brand and am sold on Martin Jerry. The ability to select nightlight is a nice touch but these night lights are a non-intrusive switch locate not blinding like some brands. The rotary control is stylish and off means off. There is no issue with turn down control. Great third generation dimmer design. Adding one to a three-way instead of 2 is also brilliant. I hear they have a few other items on the drawing board so I’ll be watching for new products.

Rotary dial has became glitchy
Alexa integration is great. I really liked this switch, but with time the rotary dial has became fidgety. It doesn't want to settle in after using it, often leaving my lights pulsing until I tap on the housing a few times or wiggle it. Voice integration is still perfect, this is only when using the physical dial.

Screwless wall plate, free wiring nuts and extremely simple setup and use
A product I loved so much I returned to buy another. With the three pole setup, I see cheaper off brands all day long for cheap and you know cheap when you receive them. This is not one of those and is more in line with a lutron, leviton, Philips or LeGrand. GE has been in the industry too long to ever compare it. It does come with a screwless wall plate most make you pay extra for alongvwithvwire nuts already attached to the wires, and I find that including the wire nuts to be one of the best ways to keep customers from using the wrong nut and possibly causing a spark situation down the road. Setup is straightforward and very simple with it taking more time to go to the fuse panel than the install. I purchased one several weeks back and already came back by another one for my in-laws who really enjoyed mine. Trust me you're getting a lot for your money with this brand, on top of the fact it's a quality product priced below it's typical price range.

Looks great. Alexa kills the 3 way
Three way manually works perfect. But if you tell alexa to turn off the lights, the other switch will not work again until you either ask her to turn them back on, or go to the smart switch manually.

These are terrible dimmers
These products continue to fail time after time. Very poor quality. I'll be looking for a good alternative. Pity, the previous generation was far better.
