SauconyMen's Kinvara 6 Running Shoe

The saucony mens kinvara 6 road running shoes is a great fit. Fits as expected. The shoe is very durable. I have purchased many different types of road and trail running shoes trying to find the best fit and one that will not tear before I put 200 miles on the shoe. I have bought many saucy kinvara shoes as each model comes out. This is my favorite running shoe and i will continuecontinue to purchase the brand and type of shoe.Beyond the fit and durablity of the shoe i also look for one that is very minimal. I dont not loke to have a lot of padding and cushioning in my shoes. As i run, i prefer to feel the least amount of padding and extra cushioning. These shoes are very minimal. They are extremely light weight, while still providing the necessary foot support. Since this shoe is very light weight, i do not feel like my legs are heavy amd weighed down during runs.While the least important in regards to the oversll function of the shoe. This most fun aspect of the shoe is what color should you gey. The orange and teal color is bright and true to the photo shown. I love having an extremely bright and fun shoeIt seems to make the run more fun. Also you can be easier to spot during a race. Runners have a lot of very cool outfits and the shoes is what the entire outfit is based upon. It's always fun to get a new running outfit when you get a new pair of shoes. I have bought several pairs of saucy mens kinvara running shoes over the years and always enjoy the new colors that come out with the release of a new shoe model.Overall excellent shoe that comes at a reasonable price. Especially when running shoes are well over one hundred dollars. I run thousands of miles per year and I purchase shoes frequently. I test the durability of the shoes to the extreme. This is the only shoe that I bother to buy do to many various issues with all the other major brands. Definitely worth giving it a try and seeing if this shoe is a good fit for your running shoe.

They fit amazing right out of the box. I did order a half size up as recommended. So far I have only 20 miles on these but they are holding up really well. I am not a running enthusiast and only run about 5 or 6 miles a week. I am 5 feet 5 inches tall and weigh 147 lbs. these shoes are very fast and incredibly comfortable. No sign of wear and tear and I have ran with them on a variety of surfaces. They really shine on the track and road. I didn't have any issues on gravel or trails. I highly recommend these shoes.

They are on the narrow side and the toe box is not great. Amazon recommended me to go a 1/2 size up but since I have narrow feet I decided to stick to my normal shoe size. I does fill tighter than my regular shoes but they are PERFECT for running. I wear thin socks and the shoes feel secure and comfortable. Word of caution, the shoes want to go FAST! I've had my best timing in both 5K and 10K on these shoes :)

could have been a 5 star shoe, well as you can read in other comments the shoes is real good. the prolock system is kind of a different experience for running but really good and comfortable once you get used to the feelingThe Good: real comfortable shoe, good cushioning without being intrusive, good price tag, light and nimble.The Bad: the only actual bad thing about this shoe is that is no durable, at least not de sole, after just 100 miles, mines are worn out a lot more than what I expected. actually the right one has the little lateral rubber pieces falling out.too bad i really wish is an isolated incident since the shoe really lives up to the hype

If you can find this Kinvara or any 12 or below, they have far slighter soles and are Great for Fast Twitch Track Work that the Kinvara 13s and later fail at because of Frankenstenien high soles

I was able to run in these very well. They provided very good support as I'm a front to mid sole striker. However, I took these on a trip and wanted to pack light. I wore them on the plane and to my conference. After that day, my toes had a lot of pain, as if they had been jammed. They are good for me when running for short distances, but not otherwise.

These shoes are definitely slightly narrow. My other pair of running shoes is currently Nike Frees though, so I'm used to a super wide toe box. I do really like the Kinvara 6's though. Once I got used to them they feel great. The are more cushioned than I used to run in and that is nice on some of my higher mileage road runs. They hold up to rain and mud just fine, and I expect them to last a good while. I've put about 90 miles on them so far and apart from the dirt and normal wear on the sole they show no signs of deterioration.
