A: The one I ordered an got was the square one. Isn’t there a selection in the description?

**Q: Does this wash purely with water or can some cleaning fluid be added**
A: As this is attached to a garden house it is difficult to put a cleaner in the supply. I put a mixture in a bucket , dipped the brush in and then applied it to the windows before turning on the water supply to wash it off and it worked very well

**Q: Can you fit a harder bristle brush to this to clean walls.  if so do you provide one?**
A: You can fit a harder bristle brush, it is a standard acme thread but we only sell soft brush heads.

No instructions on how to use the soap dispenser..not clear what to do.the product is very good..and strong ..but instructions would be most beneficial.

My window cleaner does not know his next visit is his last one. This is a great product, the handle is sturdy aluminium, lightweight so no effort in getting it up to those higher windows but strong enough to last. It extends and retracts easily and the locking clips hold whatever length you decide on just fine although there is a warning in the instructions not to leave them in the locking position during storage as this can stretch them unduly. Many reviews criticise the assembly instructions and yes they are poor but it's easy enough to figure out how to put everything together. My only real criticism is the inline bottle that allows you add some cleaning detergent leaks at the threads and needed some PTFE tape to make them watertight. You will need to cut about a foot off your garden hose if you want to make the push fit connector to an outside tap and have your own connector everything else is provided in the kit.
