Simple, Compact, and Works Great for the Price
I ordered this coffee maker because I only had a Keurig, which makes just one cup at a time. I needed something that could brew multiple cups, mainly to use with my Ninja slushy maker for frappes. I didnโt need anything expensive or high-tech, and this coffee maker does exactly what I wanted. It brews more than one cup at a time without taking up much space. Itโs very mini, compact, and lightweight โ perfect if youโre not a heavy coffee drinker. The coffee brews properly and works just as it should. For the price, itโs a great value, and it even looks nice on the counter. Definitely recommended!

Great little coffee maker
This coffee maker does not need the traditional filters it actually has a built-in filter. Itโs very small so it would be good for a cup and a half of coffee maybe technically you can fill it up to the brim, but I donโt do that.- I would recommend this for a single household that wants a coffee maker- it was really inexpensive and so far Iโve had it for three days and it works great

WORKS GREAT, EXCELLENT TASTING COFFEE (& lattes), BUT...
This small coffee maker is perfect for its purpose. I've usually made my lattes with a manual pour-over filter basket in a French press carafe. I froth the milk by microwaving 1/2 cup -2/3 cup in a large Pyrex measuring cup and using a whisk. (Our Keurig won't properly brew espresso grind -- too fine.) I wanted to try a small drip brewer with a cone-shaped filter basket for extracting the espresso and this works! I don't use the "reusable" screen filter, as those are a hot mess with espresso grounds. I use a paper filter in the cone-shaped plastic filter basket and this little brewer does get hot enough to work! I use a full scoop of espresso grind and 12oz of water (plus the milk froth) for a perfect 16oz+ latte. And, of course, the machine brews two-12oz cups of regular coffee, as it will take 24-25oz of water. The warming plate works fine. I would give this brewer 5 stars, but as others have said, it is flimsy. It really could use a little more rigidity -- it's very soft thin plastic. I'll guess mostly recycled plastic. But, again, it works great, fits under your cabinets (Mr Coffee is too tall) and this is easy to clean. We'll see how long it holds up. Meanwhile, for $20, go for it.

Great value for the price
This coffee maker exceeded my expectation for the price. I didnโt look carefully enough at the description to realize that it has a reusable filter and comes with a measuring spoon. It is a simple, foolproof way to brew just a few cups of coffee as needed for our baseball concession stand. Iโm very pleased with my quick purchase!

A nice little coffee maker
This coffee maker came in handy when my Keurig was on the fritz. The permanent filter is quite easy to use, I haven't yet put it in the microwave, but it is supposed to be fine on the top rack. There are no bells and whistles with this, it's a straightforward electric Brewer. You measure the coffee in the carafe then pour it into the tank. Put the carafe back on the warmer, put whatever level of coffee you want in the permanent filter, and hit the start button. Roughly 4 minutes later you will have five six ounce cups of coffee. Since I use a mug I usually only get two out of it but that's all I need. The four minutes it takes is just perfect for using my air fryer to make four slices of toast, so everything is ready at the same time.

not quite what I hoped for
I've been using the Amazon Basics 5 Cup Drip Coffee Make daily for 3 weeks. It works fine but it's not quite what I hoped for. As others have mentioned the lid warps, mine started after just 3 days of use. For now it's not a functional issue as the lid still snaps into place. Being plastic I expect that will change eventually with more warpage and wear. The biggest disappointment is the shape of the basket and mesh filter, I expected standard round but they're cone shaped. The filter allows too much sludge so I've set it aside and use a #2 paper cone filter. The sludge may not be an issue with a coarser grind of coffee when using the mesh filter, mine is currently a fine grind.

An Okay Coffee Maker, Looks Good on Counter
Does the job. I got it to replace another Amazon basic that I had for 2-1/2 years till the red button broke. So I figure for $15.year I am renting this till the button breaks again. The style is a little sleeker. When pouring from the pitcher, note that there are now holes in the top of lid so remember to raise the lid before pouring into a cup.

Works and pours fine
Basic, cheaply made but works fine and is way better than the more solid Cuisinart it replaced which never poured worth a darn.
