Just a helpful, easy to put into use great interesting book of
I found this book very enlightening and extremely hard to put down. It ranks up there with the best psychology books i have read and is very practical and effective, in a similar fashion to Marin Seligman books. The thing this author does best is put it in terms every one can put into practice immediately.I just bought 3 of his other books and can't wait to start reading. It really is an art to write this good and really help people and make them feel better about themselves right away. I would consider his book as one of the best i have read and he helped me alot, as we all need some help during difficult times in our life. Highly recommended, Mark

Beneficial for sure!
The book tarts out very j retesting and is hard to put down. Further into the book it felt more like a text book. I preferred the beginning where it felt like a friend talking to me and providing excellent, positive insight.

Nothing unique
This is just an attempt to bridge eastern philosophy with positive psychology. If you know a bit about these topics, you can draw the parallels yourself without this book.

A good read for a happier life.
Having worked as a therapist, having read many books related to happiness, and having lived for nearly eight decades, I benefited reading this book. It presents good material which has been condensed from other good sources that can benefit most of us. It can also be used periodically to review our habits and attitude and help get us back on track. This book like life can be as good as you make it. Make it a good one!

One of my best reads this year.
I am always interested in well-researched books on the topics of neuro-psychology, and this book explains it in an easy to read format, with loads of practical tips, exercises and attitude changing insights.I highlighted a lot of passages and cannot recommend it highly enough!

One gorgeous read
I really enjoyed reading this book and learned a lot - even little things we take for granted. Practicing gratitude, a small act of kindness, socialising etc , how they add up and improve the quality of your life. I am planning to buy the sequel to this book, ‘ Think with a full brain’ very soon.

Great book for an overview
I didn't have any special expectations of this book, but still, I was pleasantly surprised when I read it. It is a great summary of the most important happiness techniques. Indeed, it doesn't go very much into the depth of the topics, but that cannot be expected of a book that's barely 150 pages - it even says that at the beginning. Nevertheless, it certainly inspires and makes it easier to choose some ongoing literature if a particular topic is of special interest. I also like the short summaries of each chapter on the last page of the chapter with the main takeaways. Even though I already knew quite a lot about the field of happiness, this is the first book I found that manages to squeeze the essentials concisely into such a small format.
