Great product. Charges up fast in between uses.

I really wanted to like this machine. One charge (and it never showed a red power light when charging). I used it anyway for one cycle of 30 minutes. Put it back on charger then tried to use again that afternoon and nothing came on, no power light, no heat and no vibrate. Reached out to Amazon who in turn contacted the Seller to remedy the situation and Seller never responded to either Amazon or myself. All I wanted was a replacement, but I didn't get one. So keep your fingers crossed if you buy this. Read the other reviews. No customer service from Seller or replacement.

This massage Belt is good. I am able to get good massages for my back. But it's not very cheaply priced. A bit on the costly side.

The media could not be loaded. Works well, just ensure you can't use while on work call as it makes not-so-slight noise.
