Fit for purpose, I'm happy and so is my cat
I chose this mainly because it was the cheapest I could find that seemed to do the job of keeping the pages together when in my bag and storing pens and the cloth. It still feels a bit overpriced though, hence the four stars. I don't understand why other cases are so expensive. The Rocketbook one almost doubles the price of purchasing their A5 core, which I purchased with the intention of keeping the price down rather than buying their new Pro.I've only just received this case but I am very happy so far. I've got four pens, a beacon case and the cleaning cloth stored comfortably in the clear pocket and, of course, my A5 Rocketbook slipped into the middle section. It closes easily using the band provided. However, I doubt I could get too much more in though but can't imagine what more I'd want.I'm a bit surprised that the band for holding the case isn't attached. I can see me mislaying it! However, it might be good in the long run, as should it break it would be easy to replace with some string or ribbon. As mentioned in another review the button on the front of the case means the left page of the book isn't on a flat surface. I am a light writer so this shouldn't be a problem but if is the book is easy enough to remove from the case.By the way another reviewer mentioned that the Rocketbook can't be helped in securely. They must have miss that the back cover can be slipped into a section in the middle which holds it securely. I've included a picture of this.

Fits my rocket book
Fits my new rocketbook notebook, the book can open flat and it has a spot for a pen, the cloth and a few other small items. The only slight issue (hence 4 stars) is that the button for the elastic can be felt through the page when writing on the left hand side. Not a deal breaker but worth noting. When I read other reviews I thought they were talking about bumps from items in the card pockets on the left but I've not got anything in those.

Does the job nicely
I have an executive size Rocketbook that I don't use much, as well as one I use regularly. The latter, I bought a folio cover for that I really like but which seems no longer to be available. The former, I decided to try and get more use out of it but although I felt I should get it a cover too, I didn't want to spend a fortune. And this one waved enticingly at me.Does the job nicely. Not sure I'm loving the elastic closure but that's not a criticism, just my taste. Everything else, completely happy with.

I like it but it's not properly sized for A5
So I like this, but its definitely not properly sized for A5 - it's slightly slimmer.ConsYou can fit a thin A5 exercise book, sort of, but the middle pocket is narrower than an A5 by about 1cm so then it makes it hard to close without squashing your paper. I have no idea how anyone fits a spiral bound notebook in it.The other annoyance is that Im sure its designed to be folded with the left side in and then the pencil case side over the top, because the folding section is wider on the pencil case side (right). And the elastic pen loop is massive so it's a bit useless unless your pen has a clip.ProsI bought this to convert into a "traveler journal" for A5, so it didn't matter to me the notebook pocket was slightly too slim (I added eyelet holes to left folding bit and some faux suede cord so my A5 booklet slides under the cord and sits snuggly in the left fold). Pencil case is nice and roomy, and I like the colour and the pockets on the left. I like it much more than the usual shiny pleather zippy portfolio cases because with this you're not leaning your arm on a zip to write and you can fold both sides behind if you want to use like a clipboard when you're not at your desk. I bought another to use for a non work bullet journal.

Colleagues are jealous!
It was a colleague that got me onto Rocketbooks. This useful pack keeps everything together. Love it.

Too thin
As other reviews sais, it is very thin and the elastic band too big, so it doesn't close nicely. I had to send back and got a reimbursement without problems

Does the job but not a good fit for Rocketbook
I bought this because it was advertised as suitable for a Rocketbook notepad. It will do that job and it's a very good price. I like the storage for cards, receipts etc and the little transparent pouch for spare pens and other bits, which will also hold the Rocketbook erasing cloth. But I was disappointed that it's just a bit too tight for the Rocketbook spiral spine, and there's no way of retaining the Rocketbook in place when open, so you can't just flip it open and use it wherever you are. Definitely not a 'Conference Folder'
