This has really helped my toddler (3) to be able to have more regular bowel movements and is a necessity in avoiding painful bowel movements. Definitely recommend you give this a try if you've been trying to help your little one. Definitely has become a staple in our household.

This stuff has been a lifesaver for us with our 4 year old picky eater. He does not get enough fiber in his diet which caused constipation. I add this stuff to his yogurt or juice and it’s completely undetectable. It’s made a huge difference in his bathroom experience. My only issue is with the bottle. The cap also serves as a measuring cup but it creates a mess and the stuff can get sticky if it drips. We use a separate measuring cup and I make sure to wipe the bottle after. I HIGHLY recommend this stuff over any Metamucil garbage.

Very effective! Makes my toddler poop everyday and she doesn’t struggle anymore. She was always constipated and taking miralax everyday but not anymore! This product works for her and I was able to stop miralax completely.

This stuff is a godsend if your toddler struggles at all with constipation. We began using it at 18 months old and still use at four years. We add it to morning milk, but also my son will readily take it on its own. We use it daily to prevent the dreaded toddler constipation, but also give an extra dose if needed. Definitely worth the money.

My very picky child didn't like it, unfortunately. It's not bad to me but the orange flavor has a synthetic quality - so if your child does not like sunny D / Tang or flavor profiles like that (but does like real orange juice) this might not work for a super picky child. Will keep looking for a fiber supplement that my child will actually eat regularly. Thanks!

I love this supplement! I was giving my son miralax at the encouragement of our pediatrician but I hated the ingredients in it and worried about the long term effects. This products was recommended by a nutritionist as an alternative and the results have been even better than with the miralax. 100% recommended if you have a child the struggles with constipation.
