Review: Depends on your acceptability - Tastes like some atta mixed with with water. It doesn't mix with water as granules are bigger than rest of the protein supplements. It takes time to digest as well hence keeps you full for longer. It's high quality protein supplement but takes time to get used to the taste and texture. Best way I've found is to blend it with milk/yogurt+ flavour of your choice(fruit/coffee/choco) or mix in milk/yogurt and use it as base of your overnight oats. I think it can also be used to make roti or tikkis but I would rather avoid heating a supplement for taste. Price wise this is affordable and it's plant based. Company also gives authenticity code on the packet.
Review: Good protein - It's good, test is good with chocolate flavour, unflavoured is worst

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good protein

### ⭐ Not worth buying!!
*by R***I on 29 April 2025*

It’s a good whey protein however the dissolubility is not that great and sometime a small amount of whey protein just stick to the shaker and doesn’t come off until you use a stirrer or a big spoon to scorch it off and then shake again which takes more then usual time. Taste wise also it’s not neutral because it completely gives out soybean taste and you have to get habitual to it as I myself need to use bournvita or coffee with it just so i can consume it.i would say money wise the net quantity and the protein gram per scoop is really good but for me it is a one time purchase and I would go for the different brand next time.
