Can you see where are these made? China, Canada, Germany etc.?

These are made in Germany and all instructions are in German except where 'Made in Germany' is in English. These are great brushes -- I've used them for years.

Is this really antibacterial? Other items listed as antibacterial are clearly marked, this is not.

Antibacterial isn't really necessary. Just rinse it clean with hot water, shake all the excess water off, remove it, flip it over, run hot water into it, shake all the excess water off and out and set it aside. Clean the metal and plastic tip of the handle and put it on the charger. Boom. Done. Never leave the head on the handle between uses.

Does the 8+2 pack come with different colored ring bands? Or all blue?

My package has at least 3 colors. I know blue, pink and yellow.
