Subpar Instructions - Great Quality.
Pros:+ great quality+ looks nice+ kids love itCons:- unclear instructions and diagrams- parts labelled in strange ways and also referred to as other colors- NO extra nuts, bolts, or washers (don't lose anything!)Oh. My. Goodness. My husband and I are handy people and these instructions were a mess. It took us 2.5 hours on the dot to assemble. The video helps a tad, but is still very unclear in areas. I've added my notes here so possibly those will help others while they assemble their sets. My keys points would be:1. Use a long 13mm socket with a ratchet if you have one handy. This speeds up tightening exponentially.2. Layer the bottom circle with one end of each pole on bottom and one end on top, and just keep the pattern consistent as you go around. The instructions AND video are both very unclear about base circle setup and the illustration is of no help.3. Do not lose any pieces as there are **no extras of anything**. We used a magnetic bowl to make sure we didn't lose anything.4. **Only on the bottom circle** the dome end of the bolt + washer are on the outside of the geodome with the nut + washer on the inside of the geodome. Bottom circle uses TWO washers.5. All other levels of the geodome have the dome end of the bolt + washer on the inside of the geodome and the nut (no washer) on the outside. Second level and up only use ONE washer.6. Second level and up will have head of bolt inside the geodome and pointing outward so the plastic grips can be attached on the outside! You don't want bolts pointing inward so children inside the geodome bonk their heads on pokey ends.7. Holding your bolts in place with the allen wrench (L-shaped tool) while tightening the nut with your ratchet is super helpful to speed things up.That said, it is a sturdy, well-made structure as far as I can tell. The kids love it and it looks nice. For the love of god, someone needs to rewrite these inconsistent instructions though. If you possibly have an octopus available who could lend you a few extra arms, they would be a welcome help.

Excellent product and customer service! Don’t bother with the tent if you want easy assembly…
My kids love the dome! It’s sturdy and fun. The dome was a slightly different color than the picture showed, but it still looks nice. The tent was obnoxious to put on because you have to assemble it into the bolts as you actually screw in the dome together. The hammock was way easier to put on. We returned the tent for the hammock and we are much happier.Customer service was excellent. I reported my grumblings above and they took care of me. Milka was a great representative and was responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond I believe!

Smaller than you expect but perfect for toddlers, TERRIBLE build instructions
The media could not be loaded. So first the good.My original order was stolen by a porch pirate, they were kind enough to send me another one for a very reduced price (essentially just shipping cost) so the customer support is pretty goodThe children love it and have tons of fun , the quality of the material is good, the price is very reasonable. It is smaller than expected but that helps it feel more safe and appropriate for toddlers. Lastly the materials are galvanized so it is good for all weatherNow the badThe instructions are an absolute nightmare, and the assembly itself is almost impossible feeling at times. (You need 10 hands it feels like, a minimum of 4 for sure at times though) There was also an important connection point that is impossible to make as the holes are in the wrong spot so I had to drill new holes in order to secure it (I show this in the attached video). This caused a lot of confusion where I thought I might’ve mixed something up but no it’s just a design flaw that absolutely needs to be fixed.Overall though I’m happy with the purchase, it functions exactly as you’d expect and is a good addition to the backyard

The kids loved it, I broke it. Their excellent customer service fixed it
We bought the 8 ft climbing dome for our grandkids. Very good outdoor activity for them and a quality product. the first day they got to play on it they were thrilled. The very next morning I was backing my truck out to leave and I backed into the slide with the truck bumper and broke the slide. I was extremely mad at myself and my stupidity. After regaining my composure, I went to the Zupapa website and used the "contact us" email to tell them my tale of woe and try to purchase a new slide.I must say I received the friendliest, most helpful and most efficient customer service that I have experienced in many years. A lady named Donna helped me through the process and I had a new slide within a week, for a very small price. I will definitely buy from them again with all confidence. Thanks Donna and Zupapa.

Sturdy, fun dome for the kids
Assembly takes quite a long time. It's repetitive and can be done with one person but is much easier with two. The pieces take some effort to wrangle together with one person but it can be done. The instructions are fine. Not great, but ok. Make sure to put the bolts in with the exposed part facing OUTWARDS so that you can add on the hand/footholds later. I made a mistake and put them facing inwards and had to redo them all. This thing is big! If the ground isn't completely flat, it'll flex a little bit but may not sit entirely flat. Two people can lift and move it fairly easily. The addon dome canopy is pricy but my kids love playing inside the covered dome. They can still climb with the canopy on because it hangs underneath (although that makes the kids tend to step on and stress the canopy).Their customer service is top notch also. Jenna really helped me out with some pricing and minor parts issues and resolved them incredibly quickly!

Disappointed
Don't buy. Hard to put together and the picture shows a larger one. Check your measurements on the item you buy. So small my 3 year old has no use for it. They didn't want me to return it and said I would have to pay for the return and it is very heavy. So didn't want to pay for the return they gave me 25.00 off the price. Just sitting in my back yard. The kids won't use it.Bad purchase! Can't give it a zero so I gave it 1 star.
