Good malt extract for my (non-beer) purposes!
I don't brew beer; I use this malt extract to make liquid culture for mushroom cultivation. I am very happy with this malt extract, it creates a reasonably light (for malt extract) solution, and the mushrooms seem to grow on it happily. For my purposes I am happy with the quality of the product and the price.
