My favorite….
Extremely well made jacket! Easy to put on and get out the door on cold and wet days. The only thing I’m changing is adding a second one this season in another color…

Excellent canine vests!
These canine vests are an EXCELLENT replacement for sweaters that quickly stretch out of shape (which eventually allows the dog to walk right out of their sweater). Love the built-in harness, easy installation and waterproof features as well... a perfect combination. Their sizing chart is quite accurate as well. Plus, the zipper is along the length of the dog's back, not under their belly (which is a very difficult location to zip up). The only reason I did not give these vests 5 stars is that they do not have a locking zipper. With all the movements a dog makes during the day, the zipper will eventually un-zip to just below the harness snap (about 1/4 the way down their back), making it difficult to zip it back up. I will be investigating some simple method of holding the zipper closed (which is toward the head). Something like a thin, short nylon string "loop" (or thin leather strand) tied to the zipper pull tab, and pulled over a sewn-in button towards the head end of the vest. That simple addition should easily solve the issue, but should have been part of the vest to begin with. Regardless, these vests are still the best out there IMHO, and the nylon string + button is an easy fix to an already great canine vest…

Really great little dog coat, except....
This coat goes on my squirming 6 mo old PomChi puppy fairly easily. It's just a little tricky, getting his legs through the leg holes without also getting them through the harness straps. Then, to zip it up, I do connect the harness straps to hold it in place as it's a little tricky getting the zipper lined up on a squirming puppy:-) I like that it has the harness to attach the leash to --that is very helpful as I don't need to put on his other harness. (I don't use leashes on my dogs collars.)The only problem with this is that the zipper does not lock itself into place once zipped up. Several times throughout our walk I have to reach down and zip it back up. I'm trying to think of a way to hold the zipper in place without causing my dog more hassle getting this on. So that is frustrating! Otherwise, it is a very nicely constructed, warm, comfortable, adjustable Dog coat with a built in leash harness.I purchased a size small, my dog weighs about 6 pounds.Update: it's now been about 4 months of use... I continued having problems with the zipper staying closed and also as my pups hair grew out long and silky, it was very difficult to keep his hair tucked under the coat so I could zip it up. So I took out the zipper and sewed on three Velcro straps. This makes it so much easier to fasten on him. Otherwise, I really enjoy this little coat with the attached harness. It's working very well. Just had to modify it with Velcro straps instead of using that zipper.Unfortunately, my other little dog is too barrel chested to fit any of the other sizes.

Too Tight for my Bully
This seems like a great coat but unfortunately it is too tight for my barrel-chested girl. I measured according to the size chart but I can't zip it up all the way without it straining the zipper. I can't fairly review the rest of the coat but I like the design and the harness that's attached is much better quality than I expected; it's got some heft to it! It looks like it's sewn well at the shoulders and mid-section so I think it would hold up well if you don't have a strong puller. I can tell that it's not water-PROOF but it's probably water-resistant. I would return it for a size up but it's already a bit long on her. My girl is a French/English mix so probably a little different size/shape than the standard breed of either of those dogs. She's 42 lbs and I got a 3XL. My suggestion is to size up if your dog is on the high end of the measurements chart.

SIZE MATTERS
I ordered 3 of these coats till I got the correct fit. I followed the measurements the company ask you to. My dog has a deep chest and perhaps that's why they didn't fit properly. I finally got a size large. She weighs about 14 lbs. It's a little difficult to put on. I wish there was a snap at the neck to at least hold it in place as you're trying to zip it. As I'm trying to zip it up, my dog is already trying to get her feet out of the front holes which are hanging down. I have to have my husband help me. It's sturdy and looks warm. It's also supposed to be waterproof, but haven't tested that yet. The zipper does have a hard time staying zipped up all the way. I like the straps on it so I can use it as a harness. The back end of the coat near her tail kind of stands up because she is thin back there. So I'm sure air is getting underneath the coat. I thought about maybe sewing some elastic across the back with velcro, but I don't know how much that would rub against her back legs. hope this helps.

Great dog vest
We live in Dallas and it can get cold in the winter. This past week was 25 degrees so we bought a vest for our two dogs. Our medium dog is a Parson Terrier and about 36 pounds. The vest in the picture is a 4XL which was a little large. Had the strips as tight as they can get and it was a bit loose around his chest. Plus the length was too long. We exchanged it without any hassle for a 3XL. For both we got the best in 1 or 2 days. The 3XL is a better fit but a little snug on his chest making it a little harder to zip up. It was easier with two people although I did manage on my own. The zipper slipped a little like others have complained about but I didn’t find it to be a problem. If you zip it all the way the fold it down the zipper mostly stays closed. But love the build in harness. So each to use and appears comfortable for our pups. This also keeps the best closed. Our other dog is a Havanese about 18 pounds. We ordered a 2XL which was a perfect fit. Since he is low to the ground I like that is protects his belly from water and dirt. He’s like a mop and often comes home so dirty. The vest is not waterproof, just water repellent. We are very happy with the product. So far seems well made and very functional. Our dogs seemed warm and comfortable.

Need to size up with long ETA or no delivery
Quality of the vest is good, but the measurement on the chart was wrong. It asks you to measure from neck to tail as body length, but there is 5cm goes to the collar. When my dog tried it, it was shorter than expected. I had to order another larger size and the lead time was 6 weeks. Worse, the vest was never arrived until I contact the seller and they told me its out of stock. Not a reliable seller at all.

Exactly as shown
OMG, It's perfect, except I should have ordered a bigger one. Beautifully made and super soft on the inside. I hope the exchange goes well, but it sure is nice. I would recommend 100%

No velcro
I have a Yorkie and anything with Velcro gets tangled in her hair. I found the zipper so much better. You still have to be careful but is so much better
