Very comfortable perfect for the price very happy

Good quality but there is a 'dip' in the base of the mattress towards where the feet area is. Doesn't look like it's going to spring or flatten out sadly (only on one side) So I don't know if there is a manufacturing fault. Be warned although boxed it is very heavy and needs x 2 people so carry and springs out of the plastic wrap quickly. Would be great if it had carry handles on the side of the mattress

Awful, thinner than expected, very soft no firmness or support at all, so uncomfortable that I found my old mattress more comfortable! Size is barely correct as it is smaller than my previous king size. The springs started pinging and can feel really hard lumps after the first night of sleeping on it. I didn’t expect anything wonderful but I did expect it to be more firm, and to not feel the springs through the mattress easily, or as quickly. No durability to it at all. So if I was to give anyone advice it would be…don’t get this mattress.

Great night's sleep in a very long time, well worth the money

I bought this mattress back in June 2023 and held off reviewing it until I had a good feel of it. The mattress is surprisingly comfortable for the price - let’s be honest, it’s not hotel quality, but it is quite firm and supports my back pretty well. The biggest issue is quality; first of all, it does not look as good as in pictures - it has a much cheaper look when it arrives, and the material is paper thin - it seems a bit like a cloth rather than fabric. This leads me to my next point: after a couple of months, the mattress started developing cracks near the edge stitching (see pictures). I am not expecting it to last more than one more year. Also, shipping was delayed by a couple of days, and as we were moving into a completely new property, we had to spend a couple of nights on the sofa.

Comfortable

This is the worst mattress I have ever owned don't be fooled by all the positive reviews if you buy this you'll feel like you've waked up from being in a car crash aches and pains everywhere every time!
