Prelief Dietary Supplement - 60 Capsules

I have started to take these in the hope that they will help with an increasingly sensitive bladder and so far so good. I am very slowly reintroducing higher acidic foods back into my diet which I have tolerated well and with no side effects - a real bonus. It's still too early to say that they work 100% but (without jinxing anything) I am beginning to feel optimistic that the time will come I will be able to eat out or at friends without having a long list of foods and drink that are off limits.

Up to now these have been fabulous for my painful bladder syndrome

If you've got IC then you need at least 4 of these to cope with morning coffee, but they definitely help

Hit it a miss sometimes helps

Neither Amazon nor the Prelief website will say how many mg are in each tablet. There is an alternative, Simply Calci-G, which is 250mg per capsule. Easier to swallow and equally, if not more effective. Prices fluctuate but when I ordered, it was less expensive than Prelief.

Works well for IC/PBS when eating or drinking something acidic. Side effects - can upset stomach and cause gas.

Works well for the bladder

This absolutely cuts the acid of some foods so that I don't suffer! It absolutely works! I weaned myself from omeprazole because I had been on it too long for my ongoing health. I have a hiatal hernia and suffer from GERD. I switched to Ranitidine 150 mg twice a day, because it doesn't have noticeable side effects. I took Prelief to help reduce the acid in food or to supplement the effects of Ranitidine. It doesn't reduce the acid in the GI tract because nothing can do that except Omeprazole, which is a PPI or Proton Pump Inhibitor. I'm very happy with Prelief, it's very effective, especially if I have any citrus.

I have a bladder disease called IC (interstitial cystitis) & this product changes my life ! It is a magical life saver ! A few minutes before you eat or drink anything citrus, chocolatey, spicy, or tomatoey (orange juice, pizza, spaghetti) take 2 tablets and you have no ic symptoms from eating or drinking

I use prelief constantly. Looks like they've resized the bottle, but its still the same- a great supplement to help you prevent irritation from acidic things like fruit juice coffee, and tea. I carry a bottle in my purse and now that it is smaller it is even more convenient!

I have IC and this helps me include a little more fun to my diet.

Not what I had hoped for my problem. Gave them to my friend and she loves them. Takes one before drinking coffee or eating something acidic. Says they work great for her.
