These are cheap and don’t hold up to even tender use. The elastic “securing” the tab that holds the mask strap breaks very easily. These are not made for more than one use each, as they are most likely to break either placing the mask on or removing the mask. The only positive is that they are comfortable. I do not recommend these.

These have been the most usable and comfortable mask accessories that I've tried. They're comfortable, adjustable, secure, but easy to install/remove, and work. They attach to existing ear loop straps in a unique way that stays on well and keeps the straps off of the backs of my ears. I put my masks on from over my head to keep it easy. I do wish they were slightly shorter/more tight. They fit me perfect at their most tight making masks fit slightly more snug for a better seal, keeps my ears free, but don't add any pressure/seal if I loosen them much at all.

Have to wear a mask to play indoor tennis. Bought this to help keep my mask in place and not fall off my ears if I am running hard to having to move a lot. This works great! Gave one to my friend who was having trouble keeping her mask on. She said it works awesome too. Gave one to another friend who has glasses, hearing aid, and oxygen tube. She was complaining that with all that on her ears it was difficulty adding her mask elastic (which is the thin on) on her ear as well. This was very helpful to her! She wore her's under her hair around her neck. I put mine on the crown of my head (added a little pony tail to ensure it wouldn't slide down).

Works exactly how it should. My daughter does to gym 5 times a week and does many crazy tumbling passes-with COVID & the need for masks-the mask stays on with no movement. Many girls had masks moving without the extensions which led to injury. Thankfully I ordered & received with great timing for the return to gym.

Terrible product I tried 4 in less than 5 mins they all broke. Terrible manufacturing

It works! Best ear saver I've used so far. No more ear pain. No more mask falling off. I can adjust tightness too.

The 'clips' are more like bedroom sheet clips and easily break. Not best for use on the elastic portion of the mask. But, if you wasted to use two and attach them directly to the mask???

Initially the strap worked well, but elastic stretched and the fit is no longer snug. I need to look for a better product

I just purchased these and they are great. They are adjustable and elastic. I want to wear them at the base of my skull, pulling my mask away from and down under my ears because I have glasses and hearing aids to contend with. They are perfect for this! My mask stays nice and snug on my nose and cheeks! I recommend these rather than the plastic ones.

As a new Behind The Ear (BTE) hearing aid wearer this elastic extension strap works perfectly to keep my face mask in place with the mask loops down low enough behind the back of my head instead of having to hook the loops around my ears. This is just what I needed to stop my face mask loops from interfering with my hearing aids. The black elastic strap is adjustable. The clips are very easily attached. This strap does the job perfectly. I am a very happy user and have highly recommended it to others.
