A: Plastic

**Q: Does it come with holding case?**
A: yes. a niceflat case for the steel balls and the alignment plate. I didn't receive a putting ball.  Works very well.

**Q: Does this come with a red O-ball that is pictured?**
A: No golf ball included

**Q: Does this come with instructions?**
A: I don’t remember the instructions but if there was they weren’t very good. I used it once but saw no benefit. I think the mirror version would be better
