When my physical therapist had me use this to strengthen a sprained tendon I had it seemed like a miracle. I was thrilled to be able to find an entire set for home use! The color I used in PT seems a tad weaker then what this set has, but it probably has weakened over time and it is a non-issue because I have en entire set to grow with has my finger heals. I was a bit concerned that the tubs do not have an airtight seal, but then I found out that physical therapy putty does not dry out, so that is a non-issue. I love that all the colors store together in one container as well.Don't hesitate to get this!

I'm going through rehab for a new shoulder and my wife is using for her wrist strength and hand strength and so far it's worked out great it's the same as I used at physical therapy.

Forget about stress balls...this stuff is so much better. Oh, it'll make your hands stronger and whatever the original intended purpose but I was just looking for something good to squeeze that wasn't putty made for kids. This is the most perfect material I've encountered for this purpose. Zero residue on your hands after using and even the softer ones can be strongly squeezed with no bubbling or popping out materials like those famous soft stress balls. Each one has its own dedicated container so it's not just lying around to gather lint and dust. I dropped it on the floor and whatever it picked up...I just went over to the sink and washed it right off. Pristine again. Couldn't like this stuff more.

Quality therapy putty.I have carpal tunnel as well as arthritis in both hands and this putty works as well as any I've used in PT over the years. The soft is quite pliable and very easy to work while the firm will definitely give you a workout.

Great set of finger strengthening therapy putty, Good value for the set compared to buying from Medical supply or OT vendors.What I like best is this material doesn't get much softer after working with it for over 5 minutes and regains its firmness again for next use even in under an hour. I prefer this putty compared to what I am given to use at in my PT OT clinic. I keep them in my purse or car to use throughout the day to help with my finger stiffness and grip issues, with great results. Also the lid has firm hold to not get knocked off when squeezed into my purse or other bag too.

Good putty for hand therapy.The very soft could be a little softer.Other than that is is great.
