Great for Rehab, Stress Relief, and Everyday Hand Strength This set of FlintRehab therapy putty has been a fantastic tool for both recovery and stress relief. Each of the four tubs comes with a different resistance level, clearly color-coded from extra-soft to firm, which makes it easy to progress as hand strength improves. I started with the softer putty after a wrist injury and gradually worked up to the firmer ones. It’s reassuring to know I can keep building strength at my own pace. The texture is just right—pliable and smooth without being sticky or crumbly. Unlike some cheaper putties, this one doesn’t leave residue on my hands or dry out, even after repeated use. I also appreciate that it’s non-toxic and silicone-based, which makes it safe for both adults and kids to handle. It doubles as a great fidget and stress-relief tool. I’ve found myself reaching for it at my desk while reading or on long calls, and it really helps keep my hands busy while easing tension. The individual containers are sturdy and portable enough to toss in a bag for travel or keep in a drawer at work. The only minor drawback is that the tubs aren’t airtight, but since the putty doesn’t dry out, that hasn’t been an issue. Bottom line: A high-quality, versatile therapy putty set that works for rehab, stress relief, or just keeping your hands active—well worth it for the durability and range of resistance levels.

This putty is as I would expect. No real odor or residue left on hands. The X-Soft is fairly stiff, so it'll be a bit before I work up to the next one. The tiers they have do seem to be accurate...progressing in firmness with Firm being really firm. I would buy this again.

It has been very helpful for me to regain my hand strength. I love the different strength options depending how weak or how strong you are feeling. My daughter uses it to ease her anxiety and improve her handwriting.

I have torn several ligaments in my hands while playing sports. I've also had carpal tunnel surgery. As a result, I've noticed that my hand strength has declined over time and I've started to experience achiness. When a friend mentioned playing with his therapy putty and I expressed interest, my husband bought me some. The hard is very hard. Right now for plain old squishing in my hand, I'm most comfortable with the extra soft or soft, but I'm hoping I'll move up to harder putties as my hand strength improves. I will say that although I have some problems with my hands, as mentioned above, I haven't suffered any acute injury and I'd say I'm of average hand strength (I can open jars, etc) and extra soft or soft are good for me, but for someone with a more serious problem (stroke, recovering from surgery), even the extra soft might be a little too firm. Aside from letting me experience different hardnesses to pick the one I want, I'm glad that there are four resistance levels because I looked up some exercises and some of the exercises are too easy with the extra soft, I need to use one of the harder putty levels. The putty has a very slight scent, but I can only smell it if I put my nose right against it. The putty feels slightly greasy in my hand, but doesn't leave any residue or smell on my hands. I haven't noticed color transfer to my hands, but I've mostly been using yellow so far, I'll update if I notice any with darker colors. I expected it to immediately become fuzzy with dust, dog fur, etc, as clay would, but it has stayed remarkably clean so far. Beyond utility, it's just fun to squish it, especially if you're someone who likes to fiddle with your hands, and is doing me some good, unlike a lot of fidget toys. It's also silent if you share a workspace with others. Just watch out not to overdo it - it is working your muscles! After an hour of squishing back and forth while reading a document the first day I had it, I noticed that my hands and forearms were sore.

Queste paste hanno un'ottima consistenza e sono molto adatte ad un uso quotidiano: io le uso come antistress! Peccato che rispetto a quando le ho comprate l'anno scorso il prezzo sia raddoppiato.
