Be attentive to details
Pay attention to the wire ends - if it is right one for you. We purchased a wrong one (although should be good according to the listing data - so look carefully at the images), then got it replaced. Happy with a new one. All works well.

Worked perfectly right out of the box
I had several power adapters that almost fit the back of my Acer monitor but never seemed to fit right. Somehow I lost the most recent one during a move. This new adapter fits snugly and and it powered up the monitor immediately. I'm very pleased with it.
