Q: Have already purchased the awesome smart grinder. How can I get a decent price for just the espresso machine? Don’t need another smart grinder.

Breville does sell the dual boiler machine standalone. Not sure if it’s available on Amazon, however. PS we LOVE the dual boiler. Quality machine, excellent foam, love the adjustable options for the perfect brew.

Q: Cannot figure out how to make a perfect espresso. and can't find help on youtube for best grind size and grind time. help or i'll be returning

Our machine was fulfilled via Seattle Coffee Gear. Look for their tutorials on YouTube. They explain how to adjust the grind. Others describe pulling the perfect shot (weight, tamping, etc) to perfect your pour. I generally use the manual setting giving me more flexibility with shot timing when my grind/tamping work wasn’t up to par, rendering a satisfactory espresso every time. Good luck, it’s an awesome machine!

Q: Does the grinder have conical burrs?

This has 40mm conical burrs. My plan on the bundle was to use this grinder or regift it and get one of a better quality. This does great for drip coffee.

Q: what is the warranty for this item?

I think grinder 1 year and machine 3 years. Worth getting the extended warranty.
