I bought the 4T for my 3 year olds birthday party. He is 35 pounds and 40 inches tall. He has a giant head (99%) and the shirt fit over his head fine. The length and size overall were 100% perfect. I would buy this again and recommend to friends.

Arm holes a little small and the torso is long. However the shirt itself is too cute
