Very Hard Cutting

Machine is not working at all. cannot cut even simple grass from the land. not value for money.

Parts not available in market and Falcon's response is not good on communication.Parts are not good and easily wear and tear not worth buying.

Worst plastic parts and also not available in the market. Falcon should provide the service to keep its brand name.

I don't understand why people have given low rating & blaming plastic parts? Guy's only the removable bucket is made of plastic & i don't see any quality issue in it! This's the most durable product in market. Quality is best. Trims the grass easily, just required few adjustments settings! This brand was suggested by my newly hired Gardner!
