Original Dell 65W AC adapter for Dell Inspiron 13 7000 Series 2-in-1, Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Series 2-in-1 Touch.

My previous charger was the original shipped from Dell. A few short months after I purchased my laptop I noticed I needed to wiggle it a little too get it to start charging my laptop. It continued to get worse. I had warranty but they wanted me to ship my laptop and that meant they will reset it. I did not want to reinstall all my applications so I decided to take a chance and get this adapter. It wasn't all that expensive after all. I was very happy and relieved when it worked perfectly from the first time I plugged it in. Besides, it came with a small removable plug adaptor which means I could use one of my other Dell chargers if I have to.

The power cord did not fit snuggly into the power adapter and would not charge the laptop. It wiggles and is clearly not making any connection with the adapter. We verified that this was the problem by using another power cord that we already had in the house that fits better and is charging the computer. This is a piece of junk! We passed over less expensive off-brand adapters to buy a Dell branded product directly from Dell and, needless to say, are very disappointed. I would have hoped Dell would have more integrity than to sell a product of this poor quality.

It worked fine as a cheap replacement for a while but last night I plugged it in and it wasn't working. The green light didn't come on at all. even with different wall plugs. Barely managed to swipe some school notes off of my HD on a thumb drive before the battery died. Taking notes until I get a replacement is going to suck.2 star review because I'm not sure what killed it and it's not *impossible* that I did something wrong but I have no idea what it might have been. The socket is also a little loose and it might have broken off inside somehow. I'll have to wait until I can get a hold of a replacement charger to know for sure.

I purchased this because the adapter (which I had recently purchased)I had was not charging. It worked for a few weeks but I was having trouuble with my computer. I was then getting error messages that my computer did not recognize the adapter and would not charge. My computer was slow. I called my provider who suggested a few things which temporarily worked. Because I had replaced the adapter, I was about to bring my computer in for repairs when I read the reviews for this adapter. I ordered a new adapter which came today and guess what it solved all my computer problems. It is too late to return it. Lesson learned. READ THE REVIEWS!!!

Product stopped working shortly after use. My sister used it for about a month when the charger failed during her finals week. Incredibly disappointing product especially because the seller is Dell. I hope Dell can provide a better customer experience for the product return/refund/replacement that is better than their product experience.

We ordered this power adapter for my daughter's Dell laptop, that she uses for school, and it would not charge when we plugged it in. The AC power icon did not show up in the tool tray while it was plugged in and even after a few hours connected, the laptop still did not power on. I found out that the 3 prong cord was defective after testing it with another laptop cord. I do not recommend ordering from this vendor!

Excellent product. Extra long power cable makes it better than the original charger. Was delivered quickly. Using it for a Dell 2 in 1 Inspiron 13, 7000. Fits and charges perfectly.

I bought it for my inspiron 13 7347. The adapter looks original and has Dell sing on it.However, it was not recognized by my laptop. I got the message " Plugged in, but not charging". After hours of investigation, I found that the adapter I received was 45w (not 65w as it is listed in the description). My laptop now powered by the adapter but the adapter doesn't charge the battery. And yes, I did all steps for debugging this issue including: new working batter, BIOS update, and driver update, but unfortunately with no avail. I couldn't return it as I only used after 3 months of purchase.
