Felt like it helped me initially, but after a few days, nothing
Nothing really to report after the first week or so. Pills are large and difficult to swallow so that's a negative as well. Felt slightly energetic and clear-headed but that wore off quickly. Advise you to take with food or else your stomach will not like it.

Hormonal improvement
I bought this as a last attempt to help my hormonal acne. I have now been taking these pills twice a day for a week. Unfortunately I can’t really speak on how they’ve affected my acne because I was on my period post my second dose of Pfizer, so everything was whack this week but I WAS NOT READY for spry bedroom energy! I feel like I’m 21 again. In regard to easing PMS symptoms and acne, I drank maca tea for about 3 months before getting the capsules and I did see a huge difference in the past. Mind you all, I do not trust supplements and non-traditional medicine the way I trust medicine but WOW. Maca is truly amazing.

Great Energy Booster
I was looking for a supplement that included maca and ashwagandha root since I heard they help with energy and performance. After taking it for a few weeks I can say it DEFINITELY helps. Along with that you also get the benefits of the other herbs/ minerals in the capsule which also aid in boosting energy. I usually take it in the morning along with my other vitamins, so I have the energy to get through school and my workout after school.

Gained weight within just two weeks of using this. I loved it so much I had my husband take them as well. It’s just been a week and we’ve seen some slight changes. It also increases his sex drive as well. Great product if you’re looking for an extra boost of energy, and increased sex drive or trying to gain some weight!!
