This is an awesome product for video professionals - It powers every cinema camera I have thrown at it ( RED Dsmc2 / Bm URSAMini 12K , its additional power plugs at the top ( USB-C / USB - A / Dtap ) etc.. have made it a perfect battery for smaller cameras like BMPCC6K Pro where the power draw makes it last nearly all day.. plus accessories like lights.I also use this to supply power to a Macbook Pro ( M1 Max ) where it behaves as a mains power supply - with three of these I can edit without a plug socket for nearly 8-9 hours.

Great battery, last for good 4-5 of recording on my Sony a 7 siii

Needs to to least 3 hrs, it's quite expensive yo buy with in 2 hrs finished

I've owned this battery for a couple of years now, and in that time its had fairly limited usage, and only to power a small led light, or occasionally charge a phone. When not in use it has always been extremely well looked after and kept in my peli case, away from any knocks and extreme temperatures. When using this battery a few days ago, to charge my phone whilst in a hotel room, I noticed the phone stop charging, I proceeded to press the button on the battery to check the battery level and then instantly noticed the smell of battery (rotten egg). I quickly moved the battery to a safe place, in case of any further problems such as smoke, fire or explosions, of which thankfully there were none, however, this problem has then caused my phone to not accept a proper charge, and now takes around 40 hours to fully charge (compared to the normal 2 or so hours). So unfortunately, not only has this rather cumbersome and expensive battery now become a useless (and possibly volatile) paperweight, but my phone is now also damaged.You would expect something of this cost to last quite a bit longer than it has done for me, particularly considering how well it has been looked after/maintained. I have contacted the company direct but have yet to receive any response whatsoever. I've since purchased 2 of the battery packs that Smallrig now offer as I believe they're more of a reputable company.

The media could not be loaded. I was quite excited about this battery, but then it arrives with stuff loose inside. Tried tighting the screws on the mount just in case but it's definitely some inside. Not very confidence inspiring, returned.

A lot scratches and marks on the battery screen.

Not the same battery as advertised - did not received an FX Lion as pictured.I received a Songing Sy 905.
