Extra belt hoop is great
Very comfortable and the extra belt hoop over Levi's alternative is a big difference and the jeans hold up better.

Great fit and quality but more like chinos than jeans
Usually buy Levi’s and other branded jeans but thought I’d try Lee as used to like them a while back. Ordered this style as the reviews looked good with the motion-thingy.The fit is very comfortable. I find Lee a bit snug in the hips and butt, which I like. Waist probably a size more generous than Levi’s so suggest one down, e.g. if you are a 34 in Levi’s then a 33 in Wrangler should be better. These are not especially skinny/slim fit in the leg but are probably slightly slimmer than a straight fit.The material appears to be a bit lighter and closer weave than “normal” denim and is much more like chinos than heavy duty denim. Very black and soft and comfy. They do allow a lot of movement but have an odd extra panel gusset in the crotch to help with this. Not noticeable but interesting construction I’ve never seen on denim jeans. Only time will tell if they are as durable as other heavier denims. At a discount price I would totally recommend if you want something comfortable and like a lighter jean/chino. Will I buy more? Not sure, as I prefer a heavier denims. However, I really like the Lee fit so may try some of their more standard denim.

Very comfortable and look good
I agree with another reviewer who said these were the most comfortable jeans they owned. They are a slimmer fit jean, which I don't normally go for, but the material is stretchy and that helps. I also particularly like the colour - it looks more like an old pair of black jeans that have been washed a lot, rather than charcoal.I usually buy Wrangler, but tried these for a change and I'm so glad I did. The very slight down side is that the fly comes a bit higher up on the body but you soon get used to that.

Great feel and fit
OK, if you're a bloke whose body is a temple to beer and you have something of a less than svelte figure, these are for you. They sit fairly low at the front so can sit just under your stomach but somehow avoid the Clakeson look. They have a stretch waistband sewn on the inside. The material is stretchy and soft.I didn't notice at first but there's a diamond shaped gusset in the crotch area which I think helps with comfort and movement.I bought the slim fit straight leg. I'm by no means slim but they are a great fit. Not tight. They were a great price. The only minor criticism is that I bought two pairs in the Trip colour and they are different in shade and fade. I can live with that.

Over a month to arrive, but good quality
Took 2 stars off as they took over a month to arrive . But well made a perfect size/length.. so if you aren’t in a hurry then would recommend them for quality and fit

Nice fit, good colour
I'm delighted with these jeans, a kind of dusky blue with some fading. They have stretch, but not too much, including at the waist, and I found they fit me perfectly, including the length which often comes up short in many jeans. I know it's the fashion for the last few years to have trousers that are too short, so you can pretend you've outgrown them but don't have the money for a new pair, or perhaps to show off your socks, but I prefer my jeans to reach my shoes...That said, I did also buy a pair of the lead grey colour, and those were perhaps up to an inch shorter, so I might have just been lucky with this particular pair. I'm thinking of getting a black pair too, so I'll keep my fingers crossed...

Faulted zip in 4 months
Bought 26th of February. Zip has lost teeth 25th of June and can no longer be used. No option to replace or return. Very disappointed from a pair of branded jeans. If anyone from Lee reads this I’d love to get mother pair to see if it’s a one off.
