They get the job done.  I've tried multiple ear molds and this is by far my favorite.  It has a very rubbery, sticky coating that prevents the mold from slipping out.  Highly recommend.FYI - I'm embarrassed to say this but figure I'd throw it out there in case anyone else who is trying ear pieces for the first time, but the long tube part of the mold gets inserted into the ear canal.  Happy listening!

Exactly what I was hoping for.  Comfortable to wear for 6 hours, clear radio voices, and also lets other sounds in so I can hear my partner talk when I'm the passenger.
