Love this brand, tastes great, I use it for so many dishes, from vegetables to meat. Always turns out tasty.

From time to time, I make beef stew for my wife and me. Somehow, I meant to order six bottles and ordered 12. Also, one of the batches had an expiration date of the end of January, 2024, just about three months in the future. To use as much as possible in a short time, I use two bottles to make beef stew recently. Absolutely delicious! And this week I used two bottles to make a seafood stew. Again, very good. I learned after the first time that the mixture might also have salt added so I didn't add any salt to the second stew and it was fine. You might want to monitor that. Anyway, give it a try and see how it works out. You might want to buy a dinner roll at the supermarket, cut it into small slices, heat it for about 20 seconds in the microwave, and serve it along side a small dish of olive oil. Makes a good addition to the stew. Good luck.

Unlike the Amazon brand, this is a non-gmo vegetable broth. As there are no long term studies on the effects of gmo products on the human body, I’ll buy the unaltered variety and let those who don’t care be the study group.Great flavor and value at the time of purchase.

I was afraid of buying yet another vegetable broth in fear of getting another metalic tasting, useless broth to throw away. To my surprise, this actually tastes great. But It is totally without salt or seasoning So salt it to taste and season it when using it
