(2026 Update) Wireless Security Camera System, 10CH WiFi NVR with 8 x 3MP Dual Antenna Cameras, 55% Longer Range, 4TB HDD 60-Day Recording, Dual Band 2.4/5.8GHz, IP67, Free App

I purchase the 8 camera extended WIFI system a year ago. I'll admit that I was a bit skeptical of what I would receive for the price, however, I have been pleasantly surprised. The system came with 8 cameras the NVR and subscription free playback. Note that the cameras I purchased required a powered connection though the communication method is wireless. For me, this was not a limitations. I was able to locate 2 of my cameras ~60ft, around the outside of the house from the power source, using a separately purchase 3.5mm power cable. The system has performed extremely well. The picture quality and night vision are excellent. The cameras are aluminum cased and well suited for outdoor use. My NVR is located ~40ft away, thru several walls, from the farthest camera with no signal issues. Understanding that I "did not" purchase a PIR system, it has some motion detection limitations but nothing unexpected. Because pixel motion detection cameras compare the change in pixels from one frame to another, spiders/webs and other insects can cause motion detection. Be prepared to keep the cobwebs in-check to reduces false detections. The NVR 24/7 recording capabilities is a plus and, as noted, comes with "Zero $ Subscription" for playback via the App. I have since added a PTZ camera to my system as well with seamless integration. For sure, I have encountered some equipment issues but every interaction with customers service has been surprisingly excellent whether asking about configurations, equipment upgrades or issues. I had one camera fail after ~8 months but with one email to customer service it was replaced within a few days. In conclusion, the cost to performance of this system has been outstanding. Anyone looking for a good multi-camera home surveillance system will do well with an OOSSXX system. Highly recommend!

I purchased the camera system in Oct. of 2021, being in the IT industry for several years, I have to say I am very impressed with the OOSSXX product. The installation instructions were very easy to follow, all 8 cameras synced up immediately to the NVR station with no configuration needed. I installed all 8 cameras on outside exterior walls of my home (standard wood construction) with 4 of the cameras installed several feet away all in a wireless configuration. The dual wireless antennas on the cameras work flawlessly even on my farthest camera. The response speed is very fast with excellent signal quality. I also love the fact that you have the ability to install the OOSSXX 8 camera system in more than one configuration (IP cabled or wireless), options are always nice to have. Access to the administration interface on the NVR is easy to use and is very responsive. The IOS app (EseeCloud) was easy to setup on my Apple iPhone and allows me the ability to view any camera I want with options to see 1, 4, 6, or 8 windows in a group configuration. I did have some questions regarding the product, the support was awesome, very responsive and helpfully in answering any questions I had. I recommend considering this OOSSXX 8 camera system if you are looking to purchase one.

This is not a surveillance system by what I can tell. It takes about 2 seconds of video than its like you hit the pause button for any where from 20 seconds to 4 or 5 minutes than another 2 or 3 seconds of video than pause again and this just keeps going on. I’ll go out to get my mail and come back in and see me out side in freeze motion till it does another 2 or so video than freeze again. That’s why I’m saying it’s not a surveillance system. I can actually hear cars drive down the street but almost never see the cars. I’ve had UPS drivers deliver packages but all I see is one second nothing is there than the next second a package appears, never seeing the truck or driver. If they correct this issue I’ll update if not I’ll let this stand. So far they have been no help at all. They just have me jumping through hoops.

This product is Exactly as it says, all the storage, the great motion sense, the dual antenna, the metal/aluminum casing, very easy to setup and user friendly, everything did exactly as they advertised, including the 2k resolution, which we confirmed by downloading recorded footage onto an usb drive and look at it on a PC. We only had a little issue of viewing the 2k resolution directly from the NVR which ultimately was not a problem since it only takes a minute to download the footage and view it on a PC, and we can always do that if we really need to. What was really impressive was the very quick customer response and help from OOSSXX. I don't know what the negative reviews are talking about, but my experience with them was more than decent. For the price I paid, I feel like the cameras set I got was a steal even if they were only recording at 1k (which they were at 2k as we confirmed), so we are way more than happy with the set. I’ve been really happy with my OOSSXX Wireless Security Camera System overall! One of the biggest selling points for me was the ability to record, download, and playback footage without having to pay for a monthly subscription—huge win! The built-in 60-day storage gives me peace of mind, and setup was surprisingly easy. The 2K picture quality is crystal clear—day or night. It picks up even small details and does a solid job with motion detection, especially the AI human detection, which helps cut down on false alerts from cars or pets. However, I did notice that only one of the cameras picks up audio, and there’s no two-way communication feature, which is a bit disappointing. I would’ve loved the ability to speak through the system, especially for front door interactions or deliveries. Even with that minor limitation, this system is still a great value. If you want reliable video coverage, solid storage options, and no extra monthly costs, this setup does the job well.

I started searching on Amazon to purchase another set of external cameras for my home, and decided that I like the features about the Oossxx HD Wireless Video Security System. It also had a reasonable buying price. I decided to take a chance on them and I’m so very happy I did because they are performing better than the old cameras I had. I simply enjoy and love how good the Oossxx cameras display up close and in long range distance for sound, play back viewing 30 seconds, and watching in real-time as well. I have already mentioned this product to several of my longtime friends about how well they perform and the reasonable cost. I also appreciate the outstanding customer service your company provided whenever I had to initiate contact. I would buy the Oossxx camera system again in a heartbeat. This is my second purchase after upgrading to the latest Tech, and I'm blown away at the difference! My first purchase was about 4 or 5 years ago. I loved the system. Easy to use, and easy to set up! So, I upgraded my system, and I am blown away at the quality compared to my old system! Night vision is a lot clearer, and the daytime is much better quality too! I think that the system is a bit easier to use, but maybe I was just used to it? Either way, you will not be disappointed in this system. I have the Motion detection 4 out of 5 because it picks up bugs, once in a while, but not enough to disappoint me. When it is time to upgrade again in 4-6 years, I will certainly be buying again!

Oh man this system and phone app both are terrible. I had to hard wire each camera and put in a network switch because the wifi signal wouldn’t reach each camera even after adding a wifi booster! My laptop runs on wifi and I can go sit at the park 1000+ feet away and still use my wifi (4 bars) I could only get 2 bars at times with the cameras in and outside of a 1200 Sqft house? System is weak, cameras are weak. My hard drive has now gone out! Failed! System stays on for about 30 seconds then shuts down, then starts up, then shuts down. App to the system never worked right, even when it was hooked directly into the wifi router with the cat6 cable sitting only 2 feet away. It wouldn’t stay connected and when it did all the camera were freezing up at different times when watching. It was like I was watching a bad edited movie. God forbid that someone was breaking into my place! I would have to try and edit pictures to make out a face! Oh! forget about the speaker and voice function. You would need to have the camera in your ear to hear anything. I give this a ZERO Star and an “E” for Epic failure of a system.
