Great for obsessive thoughts or anxiety/ depression
Really helps if you suffer from intrusive thoughts. Easy to use and effortless, takes only a few mins to do a daily page.

Purchased this for my daughter who has been struggling during lockdown with college & feeling isolated from friends etc. I'm also a mental health nurse & I recommend this book & others similar to some of my patients. I particularly like this one because the day/dates are not pre-filled in so you can put the day/date at the top when you fill it in meaning you don't feel bad if you miss a day.

Decent journal
You get what you pay for with this journal - it's very basic but for an anxiety sufferer like me, it works as it's not tons of filling into do. Paper quality is decent, a bit flimsy but does the job.
