I have been drinking Pruvit ketones for the past couple of years. They offer a variety of flavors to choose from, esp. if you order directly from their website. I typically mix mine with a flavored seltzer water for an enhanced flavor. This product is pricey and for budget-conscious individuals, this could be a significant deterrent, especially when considering long-term usage.

My friend sells this she gave me a packet to try it I ended up ordering from Amazon a little cheaper.

Sadly these sent me into a very horrible mood, as if I took hormones or something, and made me feel very sick! I was running to the bathroom for the week I tried to take these. Never again!

For the price and the claims of this product is not worth it. I bought 2 boxes. One came opened and missing a pack and second one was also opened. The first box was packaged and sealed and been using it for now 9 days and feel no different or see different. Makes me jittery and anxious. Also super salty.
