I love this closet organizer. We have two for my grandkids closets. They are easy to install and adjust - plus they look great! Great quality also. Well worth the purchase!

Bought two sets. Very clear instruction, yet it takes many hours to assemble for the first set, and it got better with the second set. End up not using most of the rods, but it's steady and practical for small space.

Two people recommend to put it together but choose your partner carefully. Must be secure in your relationship before attempting. This took 6hrs start to finish.One of the last pieces came without the necessary holes so we had to make them ourselves.We decided not to use the bench so that the closet would be centered and we didn’t lose bar/hanging space.It is not a solid white. It had a grainy/wood coloring.Other than those things, the instructions are clear and easy to follow. I wish the bags of screw were labeled but we just laid them out in order shown on the page. It is a difficult and time consuming task but well worth it.

This thing comes in about 500 pieces. But once you put it all together , the quality and look of it are honestly great for this price. I bought two and love them. The first was bought 4 years ago and still works and looks brand new

I was alittle worried because people were saying how long it took them too build it and it was hard. We have come too the conclusion that those people don't know how too fallow direction nor have common sense cause he didn't even need my help and it's took him less than two hours too build and install in the closet we absosuletly love it for our little baby boy. It made it 100% easier for me too organize his clothes and get things situatuated. Will recommend for someone looking for something similar :)

Other customers mentioned missing parts. So I carefully counted each piece.But they marked 2 pieces (the drawer sliders) as 4 pieces when their was only 2- so now I have no drawer!A major reason I picked this brand/model!Seller wouldn’t discount and insisted I take apart 3 hours of labor to mail back and then RISK getting a new one ALSO not guaranteed to have parts.CONS:*Missing pieces*Bad instructions*Chipped laminate*Not big enough for MEN’s sized shirts if planning to use 2 hanger bars on 1 side.*More for young children under 5 then adults*Bad customer servicePROS:NoneWould NOT buy again and definitely would NOT buy from this seller.

We had a smaller closet so we didn’t have room for all of the hangers, but as a unit it’s pretty robust. The drawer is a nice feature, and it’s easy opening. All in all it doesn’t feel cheap.

Took some time to put together but instructions were good and easy to follow! Love it now that its in. One thing to watch: we have sliding doors and can't use the drawer due to it being in the middle.

Overall the structure and appearance of the system are great but many of the pieces come with imperfections. Disappointing considering the price paid.

extreme poor quality and horrible customer service. i received a few broken parts and they refuse to replace or even refund half when i paid $320 for this. garbage.
