Q: Does this include the tube that draws paint from the bottom of the paint jar?

yes it does. The bottom of the sprayer connects to the jar. FYI- it works...but itʻs not as fine as an airbrush. Be sure you use long strokes, and hit the spray button BEFORE you pass the gun, because sometimes it spits drops of paint first... hopefully that makes sense. There will be a bit of a texture to the finish, but thatʻs not a bad thing. Just do a couple of practice strokes on some cardboard or paper first. I painted a rifle and a handgun using this sprayer, and would recommend it if youʻre not planning to buy an air brush and compressor. I already had an air compressor, so it was easy for me to pick up an airbrush.
