50mm Circular Welding Lens, Green IR Shade 10

Will be perfect for viewing the solar eclipse later this year. Previous I had bought goggles with 50 mm #5 welding lenses which were not good for staring at the sun directly for extended periods.

I admit, I did get a lens. But I expect that most people looking for lenses are looking for a PAIR of lenses. It just seems scummy to me to not have the option of buying the pair. READ THE FINE LINING. If you don’t, then it’s gonna really suck when you realize the $10 price tag is actually $20 and you’re waiting even longer to do anything.

Note that these lenses are much, MUCH darker than shown in the picture. The actual appearance of the lens is black. You have to be welding or looking directly at the sun through the filter to detect any green tint at all. I mention this so that anyone thinking about buying them for steampunk decorative applications, as I did, will know that they are not suitable for this purpose. Also, the lenses have an apparently permanent white text marking on one side, near the perimeter. Also note that they are sold as single lenses, so specify quantity 2 to get a pair for your welding glasses. Packaging was very good and delivery was fast, as promised.

We bought these for the upcoming eclipse, but be aware that you may need a darker version.

Well its a lens for welding. Just know you a getting a single lens. Fit perfectly in my goggles.
