This product is not worth a chance, so I have found out
I would recommend you stay away from this product.I took the drill facility for a test run last weekend and now I cannot get the drill bit out of the chuck as it has locked in place, whilst at the same time did not even finish the hole I was attempting to drill. I purchased a masonry drill bit and the gun could not get the job completed.So to test it on bolts I have just attempted to take the nuts off one of the wheels on my car, and it did not move any of them.This product looks cheap and as far as I am concerned it was a total waste of my money.Does anyone know if I can get my money back from Amazon?

First thoughts: 3 star, but only just
Only had this product for 2 days, so only my initial impression. Seemed good value but is let down by the following annoyances.Firstly, one star was lost immediately because of the poor documentation. A video on using this impact device would be useful, but I cannot find one at present.Secondly, the product lacks quality engineering. For example, the adaptor for the drill chuck will not align pin holes, thus making it impossible to use, and also it appeared slightly "used" and rusty. In addition, the adaptor for the cross head driver bit does not hold the bit properly, it keeps dropping out, which is most irritating. One strange point, the battery is denoted as 5000mAh in the descriptive photos, but my batteries have written on the side "15000mAh"?So, you get a lot for your money, but right now I cannot recommend purchase of this device.

Great little wrench for non heavy work.
Great value as these seam all the same just different prices not the largest wrench just about gets the wheel nuts if my bmwx5 so don’t think it quite 500nm more like 300nm

Broke on second use
Used twice and it wasn't even on anything heavy duty and has now stopped working. Will only drive in one direction. Hopefully this can be refunded.

Does the job
Only issue is that the socket attachments all needed a bit of fettling to fit the the square drive.
