Just went downstairs and checked the bottle. I have bought the product for decades in local stores and now cannot find it so I bought it online. 12 ounces makes 9 gallons. I use a tablespoon per load of laundry to kill most of the germs as regular laundry detergent cleans but does not disinfect. I love the product and will use it until it is no longer produced !!! But my guess would be to double the amount of Lysol for double sized loads. I think that it works best with top loading machines, since you can add Lysol the water first (to dilute..more evenly spread the disinfectant) and THEN add the detergent and clothes ...
